Training on Institutional Development and Organizational Strengthening (ID/OS)

ID/OS is among the important issues to adrress by WMC and all of its associates in the capacity building project funded by NUFFIC.  It’s also closely related to the issue of sustainability after the end of the project by this year. The future of WMC depends on, among other things, the capacity and capability of their members on addressing the issue of sustainability. Therefore, WMC management is of the opinion that management of WMC should be trained on ID/OS.  In this case, WMC sent Achmad Gunaryo (as director of WMC) and Abdul Djamil (founder as well as advisor of WMC) to joint ID/OS training at Management Development Foundation (MDF) in Ede Wageningen, the Netherlands. The training took place from November 27 to December 15, 2009.
